My favourite phrases and take aways from this video.
- Calcium comes from the ground. It is a mineral. Get it from the source i.e. plants.
- Red Meat doesn't make you more of a man and put hair on your chest. It puts plaque in your arteries and makes you less of a man.
- Milk is just liquid meat.
- Get a support system in place. It will be near impossible to make the switch without it.
- Develop routines. (I started by having a green smoothie every morning instead of cornflakes)
