Mini workshop

Dear steemians.
On this occasion I will share the activities on this day. We do mini monthly workshop activities.
This activity we do every month, discussing about health program that will be socialized in counseling and health service to society.

The programs we discussed in this activity are family health programs, immunization, pulmonary tuberculosis, non-infectious diseases, environmental health and mental health. Each program holder must master the material to be socialized to the public or the patient.

Each program holder must present materials or materials to be socialized to the public.

I will explain a little information about the program we discussed.
Healthy Families build cooperation with midwives and health workers at Puskesmas to raise awareness, education, and access to quality health services. This is the main focus, as village midwives play an important role in improving maternal and child health.
The family approach is one way of the Puskesmas to increase the reach of the target and to get closer or improve access to health services in its working area by coming to the family. Puskesmas not only organize health services in the building, but also out of the building by visiting families in the area of ​​work. Home or family visits are conducted on a scheduled and routine basis, utilizing data and information from the Family Health Profile.

By immunization, the child will avoid dangerous infectious diseases, then they have the opportunity to activity, play, learn without disturbed health problems. However, there are still problems with immunization, such as poor parental understanding in some societies, wrong myths about immunization, to late immunization schedules.
There are several obstacles to immunization in infants, including the difficulty of reaching unaccountable population health facilities, rejecting immunizations, delayed immunizations, unreasonable repeat immunizations, negative perceptions of immunization, and even the idea that immunizations can cause harmful side effects should parents be more afraid of the illness than the generally mild side effects, the failure of new vaccines and for fear of immunization safety.
That's the only problem we face today, a very prominent issue in society.
