This time I will discuss about fitness
In order for our body to stay fit we can do SIT UP AND PUSH UP at least 10 times every morning before doing activities outside the home
Before we do SIT UP AND PUSH UP we should warm up and stretch first to reduce the risk of injury.
In addition to PUSH UP and SIT UP we can also do a morning run, jogging is usually done on Sundays for most people, just like doing PUSH UP and SIT UP running the morning also requires heating so as not to sprain

Kali ini saya akan membahas tentang kebugaran tubuh
Supaya tubuh kita tetap bugar kita dapat melakukan SIT UP DAN PUSH UP 10 kali setiap pagi sebelum melakukan aktivitas di luar rumah
Sebelum kita melakukan SIT UP DAN PUSH UP sebaiknya kita melakukan pemanasan dan peregangan terlebih dahulu untuk mengurangi resiko cedera.
Selain PUSH UP dan SIT UP kita juga bisa melakukan lari pagi , lari pagi biasanya di lakukan di hari minggu untuk kebanyakan orang, sama seperti melakukan PUSH UP dan SIT UP lari pagi juga memerlukan pemanasan supaya tidak keseleo
