😴 How to fall asleep for a minute?
This technology is a natural sedative method that helped Indian yogis achieve maximum relaxation. Its name is 4-7-8.
Instruction:
First of all, lie down so you could feel comfortable. Breathe hrough the nose for 4 seconds. Now hold your breath for 7 seconds and exhale with your mouth for 8 seconds. Continue to breathe this way until you fall asleep.
How it works?
A physician from Harvard University Andrew Vale presented this exercise, in his lecture, as the fastest way to relax and fall asleep. Regular breathing by this system will speed up the process of relaxation, and it can also be useful if you need to relax.
