Home Made Remedies to Handle Having A Cold Feet
I have been having cold feet for a while now, and since I do not want to see a doctor just yet because I feel it is not so much of a big issue, then I decided to check online for some home-made remedies and here are some things I found out.
The first thing you can do at home with your cold feet is to boil some oil and massage your feet with them gently, make sure that the massaging is done in a careful and regular manner, repeat it with the second feet and then put on a socks made from cotton afterwards.
This should be done once in a day or preferably before going to bed, it will really help your cold feet.
The second thing yo can do is to sit comfortably in a position, get a basin of cold water in front of you and another of warm water.
Place your feet in the basin filled with cold water for about 2 minutes and then the basin filled with warm water for about a minute, alternate between the basins for some time and afterwards put on some soaks.
Exercise is another great way to keep your feet warm, you can stand on the top of your toe and come down in a slow manner, repeat this for some time it works too.
Another exercise you can try at home, is to sit and begin to rotate your leg in a clock wise manner and after some time begin to rotate in an anti-clockwise manner.
You can as well use your feet to pick a cloth or a material from the floor with your feet.
Taking green tea will also go a long way to help us have a warm feet.
