There are two type of Cinnamon available in market.

  1. Ceylon cinnamon also called true cinnamon. It is costly and in ancient egypt it is considered to be expensive equal to gold.
  2. Cassia cinnamon also called chinese cinnamon. It is easily available in market and less expensive.
