I'm sorry about your stepsons. That's so frustrating. I'm certain if she would have had the MMR it would have been even worse. Right now her worst symptoms are eczema and when she reacts it manifests itself behaviorally first. It's a hard thing to deal with, watching a child who is big and wise for her age regress to toddler-like tantrums while trying to keep all children safe including her.
