Dear Diary: I Enjoyed My Lunch For Today Of Steamed Shrimps

Yummy lunch that I had and I was surprised that I actually enjoyed eating today as it really doesn't come often that I could finish my meal especially the rice although I am sometimes not regretful in finishing it because it goes all to our guard dog.

Maybe because I do not eat shrimps that often too, they taste really delicious and I ought to request for more rice while I am eating because I already finished it while there are still a few shrimps in my bowl.

Here in my country the bulk of our diet is rice, sometimes we eat fried or cooked rice in the morning, rice in the afternoon and also in the evening and will never feel satiated with just bread or other kind of food.

I forgot to take a photo of the shrimps by small shrimps are fun to eat because you can eat the head and they are crunchy with a bit of shells from it peeled off and I asked my mother to peel them off for me because my hands are too weak to peel the shells, that is how weak my hands are.

I like shrimps now, they are nice to eat then the blue crabs which is hard for me to eat now because I have to peel the hard exoskeleton which I am sad about because it is now not easy as it sounds to peel the crab with my damn hands.

But anyway I am just thankful today that my appetite enhancer worked and I was able to enjoy eating which is an issue that I was enduring for more than a year now and I pray that God would help me with it because it is really hard when you cannot eat.
