I'm Gonna Have To Go To The Dentist Soon Because My Left Gum Is Getting Inflamed

My left upper molar teeth that's got chipped when I was eating a hard "chicharon" about more than a year ago is causing some tenderness around its gums now. There is no pain yet but I am worried about an impending infection.

I do not know what to do but I know that I have to get a clearance from my Nephrologist so thta I can undergo some dental procedures like maybe a tooth extraction or maybe a crown replacement.

I did lost the part of my Molar that got chipped off because I wasn't aware when I was eating that hard stuff but what I know was that i did pulled some what I knew at that moment was part of the bone of what I was eating.

Now I know that those or that was not a bone but in fact was part of my molar. It got thrown out now of course and now I am having this inflamed gums problem now.

I will see what I can do about this problematic teeth of mine. Almost all of them have some type of damage now due to my teeth getting parted more than three years ago because of my Leontiasis condition. Then they started to bleed when I was brushing them and at that point I stopped brushing for more than a year.

It was a very bad decision because my teeth were left rotting and now part of some individual teeth are eaten away because of the kind of meals and drinks that I was having.

Now this is another expensive affair for me to deal with and I hope that soon I can solve this issue before some bad complications pop-out that I will have some big trouble in dealing with.

I think that the dentist will fashion a crown for my molar so that it can get fixed that way. I just wanted these teeth to get some fixing soon so that I will not get anymore trouble in eating my foods and not having to deal with complications anymore.
