I'm in the same boat as you. I haven't been to a doctor in...well, I know it's been more than 10 years. I'm getting to the age where I should probably be getting "routine maintenance" but like you, I'm not sure I want to know.
I rarely suffer any sort of illness as well but when I do, it is rather severe. You in the same boat with this also?
I should really look at my replies more often..
I guess it depends on what you mean by severe. Every couple of years I'll get the Flu or something like it and have to spend a day or two in bed. That certainly feels severe enough for me but thus far I've been fortunate to avoid stuff that keeps me down for much longer than that.
