Thanks, good post and I agree eating the right food makes a such a difference, its the fuel of our bodies after-all! Drinking lots of water is also a must. I was wondering if you have tried time restricted eating, along side a good diet and exercise it can have really profound effects.

Hi David @davidmclean In the evening I try not to eat heavy meals. Often times, a soup or my protien shake only.
