All the pain and sickness in our body is caused by the accumulation of toxins in our body. Toxins are acidic which means they can burn tissue and interfere with the proper function of our body organs. So everything that a doctor calls a disease is basically an accumulation of toxins/waste in your body. In order to heal yourself you need to get rid of all that waste, detoxify yourself. The easiest way to clear your body of toxins is to stop consuming acidic foods, which are basically all processed food, dairy and animal products and also stimulating beverages with too much sugar. A healthy body functions better in an alkaline state. Eating a diet that consists of 80% fruit and 20% grains nuts and vegetables should take your body to its optimal state.
Oh and exercise! move your body. help your body push those toxins out!
Yes Toxins are a great ravager of the health and totally unavoidable in modern societies, but we can always keep flushing or systems so they do not remain.
I would also like to add the factor of stress, as it is very harmful to the body. To relieve stress should also be a concern with good dietary lifestyle along with exercise and hands on manipulation processes (these also aid the body in ridding stress as well as toxins).
yes stress is huge factor in todays society, and obviously there are many factors too all of our illnesses, but i just wanted to make this brief and simple.
