Great post as always. I was introduced to alkaline diet through dr. Sebi, and then found out about the origin of these teachings - prof. Arnold Ehret. Look into his books - Mucusless diet healing system and Rational fasting.
Great, glad to hear you're already familiar with the benefits of an alkaline diet.
Not really sure what defines "rational" fasting, but we definitely agree that fasting has a valuable place in healthy regimens. It feels nice to give the body a break from digesting from time to time.
