Craterellus Cornucopioides

/ horn of plenty / totentrompete / chanterelle / black trumpet / trompette de la mort

A powerful edible very healthy vital-mushroom is the last one here in the the europan seasonean season and considered a delicatesse in france.

Because of the complex arrangement of polysacharides he is considered as vital, a "health-carer" vitalizing your immun system.

Scientific studies on these group of polysaccarides have shown strong immuno modulative properties
and in the case of Trameta versicolor who was also verified for his active cancer supression.

In 2006/2007 Dr, Paul Stamets made a very interesting study on virus-shield for the u.s.military bio defense division with astonishing results.

These results were never mentioned in any mainstream media. Why? no patent, no pharma cashcow? no interest in healthy population because its not profitable. The birch polpore is known as an antiinflammatory medicine for thousands of years. the over 5000 year old "ötzi" skellet found in frozen ice of the alps was wearing dried birchpores around his neck.

I make a strong alcohol extract from dried birch polypores, but it is more effective and easier to just drop 2 or 3 dried lumps into cocking water and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You can use honey to reduce the bitterness as you like. Keeps the influenca away in the cold season.
Due to the fact that there are much more powerful healers in the field of mushrooms, relatively little is known about these vital properties in edible mushrooms like blacktrumpets. In addition to the healthy polysaccarides the black trumpet and several other kinds of edible mushrooms produce a lot of vitamin D3 if exposed to sunlight, a very healthy source of vitD3 in northern regions with little sun during winter. Sun-dried mushrooms were an essential source of vitaminD3 during harsh dark winter.

So i let them dry in the sun for two days. together with the psylicybe semilanceata but thats a totally different story for two days. together with the psylicybe semilanceata but thats a totally different story.

Paul is a genius.

yes agree 100%. Hes my hero.. He made me start making my own anti-cancer extract from Trameta versicolor/Coriolis. Since I consume these kind of immuno boosting mushrooms, I never had a flu or any other viral infection.

This is so awesome. I use to take some. It was a mix of dried mushroom in powder form. It wasn't costing much. It was a great product. Maybe I should re-start this.

Yes awesome. anti-cancer-immunpower-healthcare without sideeffects does sound like a really good idea.
