HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE(HYPERTENSION) CURES

  1. Garlic
    Garlic consists of a substance called allicin which stimulates the production of nitric oxide in the body. The nitric oxide, in turn, relaxes the muscles surrounding the arteries, thus reducing systolic as well as diastolic blood pressure.

Method:

It might be a bit hard for you to believe, but consumption of raw garlic is one of the best home remedy for high blood pressure. The results will be visible almost immediately.

Peel a large garlic clove and crush it to paste. Leave to rest for about 15 minutes to activate the allicin. Eat this by swallowing with water twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Check your blood pressure daily to track your progress. Thank God for the result.

Note: Raw garlic causes an uncomfortable smell, alternatively you can use odourless garlic supplement from your health stores. You can take 1000mg four times daily. Monitor your progress.

Garlic also reduces the clotting ability of blood. So check with a doctor if you are using other blood thinning medications to avoid bleeding from minor cuts, or if you are going in for surgery.
