Turmeric stains everything it touches. I absolutely love cooking with it and have a specified bowl and utensils that I use so I don't have all yellow stain cookware in my home! Have you tried rubbing a vinegar/dawn mixture on the stain to see if that helps?
No I haven't tried that to get it off, but I will. Yes dedicated cookware is essential!
