Great post!

I've got a bad knee, so I run on an elliptical 3 days per week for 20 minutes and sometimes a little longer than 20 minutes. That's my aerobic and my cardio workout, and after that I work with weights for another 40 minutes or so. I hate to think where I'd be without it!
