Poor quality colloidal silver can indeed collect in the tissues, but those generally have particles that are 35 nm or larger. The condition you refer to is called argyria, and there have been less than 200 cases reported in some 150 years. We have the highest quality colloidal silver we are aware of, and it is much more concentrated than silver hydrosol - literally a single drop is effective in many cases.
