My apple day today!

Apple day ;)

Im going to try and do my apple day today, so I will just have fluids today and in the evening eat a apple and maybe a orange then eat again the following evening: ) lets see how it goes now its on the block chain!!! lol I will try my best but I have not done this now for a month so been abit out of shape as I like to do it once every week to kickstart my mind into getting my weight down.

Risk disclaimer I am not suggesting you do this! I have done this for years and know how to keep at eye on my sugar levels which I can do but if you have blood sugar/health problems its much more risky.

hey doll I like your stuff and I would be careful just asking for follow me and stuff as some do down vote this type of post and you could go lower that 25 reputaion which would be sad like 10, I have seen it happen.

Seems trying to keep fit is always the goal.
Where will the energy come from if you eat only in the evening? It sure helps the weight but is it fat you are trying to shed?

OK I have to say I have been trying all day but today I ate a little fish!! so it was a fail but thats all so I will try again tommarow, need to build it up strength to do it!
