Food for the Brain
Not only the heart of the internal organs is the most important, there are other organs that are just as important. "BRAIN". The brain is a very important organ to control and govern all our active organs. Because that's very important to have a healthy brain.

Fruit is good for brain health :
- Strawberry
Strawberries are rich in antioxidants that can prevent nerve cell damage due to age and improve the communication ability of brain cells. Women who consume more strawberries have better memory as they enter old age.
- Grapes
Compounds of quercetin and anthocyanin in grapes can improve memory and cognition, the consumption of grapes on a regular basis can nourish the brain and improve memory.
- Orange
As we know, oranges are very rich in Vitamin C which is very good for the health of the body. In addition, the content of flavonoids in citrus is beneficial to the brain. As antioxidants, flavonoids can counter the harmful effects of free radicals that harm the brain.
- Tomato
Tomatoes contain high licopene, an antioxidant substance that helps protect brain cells from free radical damage that is believed to be the main factor causing Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
We have to prepare food for our brains, because the brain is also in need of a complete and balanced nutrition to stay healthy and function normally.
Unfortunately, I am allergic to strawberries... Even strawberries are rich in antioxidans , they should be well washed.
