Removing Black Heads

in #health7 years ago

Blackheads are formed when a clog has expanded in the opening of hair follicles in your skin.
These bumps are called blackheads because they appear to look dark or black and usually form on the face.

How to remove blackheads:

-Popping:
Popping blackheads without washed hands worsens your skin! This is because it adds bacteria to your pores.
You should only pop blackheads after thoroughgoing hand washing.
It's best to pop a blackhead after showering as pores are open; to do it you should wash your hands rigorously and apply an astringent to your skin.
Try to use cotton balls and squeeze lightly on either side of the blackhead in order to extricate it. After popping your blackhead, wash you skin with
cool water!

-Avoid ultra-abrasive exfoliators:
If you have sensitive skin, ultra- abrasive exfoliators
can cause irritation and worsen your blackheads.
Therefore, if you're ever in pain from an exfoliator, you should stop using it.
In addition, you shouldn't use your own blackhead removal tools.
Many stores now offer own blackhead removing equipment.

-Wash your skin daily:
In order to remove the bacteria and dirt from your face, it's important to make sure it's clean and clear by washing it once in the morning
and once at night. Also, remember to ensure that all makeup is removed as it can clog pores!

Follow up a facial routine with a gentle
moisturizer to avoid over-producing oils; causing blackheads.

-Wash your pillowcases:
Your pillow cases consist of many of your dead skin cells and excess oils when you sleep on during night.

You should wash them at least once a week
in order to remove a build-up of dirt to help avoid bacteria to clog your skin.

-Your Face:
It's important to resist touching your face, it transfers bacteria from
your hands to your face. Your hands are the dirtiest part of your body and often is the reason behind blackheads.

Cleansing to remove blackheads:

-Honey and Cinnamon:
Honey is a natural antibiotic, therefore there are high chances of removal as
it helps pull out dirt from your pores.
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon mixed with a tablespoon of honey,
apply with your fingers (washed) to dab onto dry skin.
It's important to run in a circular motion for three minutes,
finally washing it off with warm water.
Other ways;
Baking soda and water, sweat it out!
