Master Cleanse...Day 2 Ease-Out
I utterly failed at this! This is just a warning for you all who are going to do a cleanse! Take the Ease-Out days seriously...
I did not - and I paid. I got hardly any sleep and I had stomach cramps all night. I was up about 4 times to the bathroom. I feel better today, albeit tired, and I am eating veg soup for breakfast, and I also made another 32 oz of lemonade to take to work. I am not sure what I am going to be eating now and I feel totally overwhelmed by this... I am going to pray to God and ask Him to show me what and how to eat.
With all these potential changes coming to my schedule, I need to know what to do so I don't fall into my old ways out of convenience and overwhelm.
I am still off coffee and am using the lemonade as a coffee substitute. I have to look into what I should do in the morning...

Master Cleanse
I am following the Lemonade Diet to the letter. I am also taking a parasite cleanse as well, diatemaceous earth. I am also getting assistance from this website.
I am doing this cleanse so that I can get off of coffee, meat, & dairy and also kill some gut parasites.

I will advice that when dieting for health reason, caution should be your watch word. Do not diet yourself to death. Take it easy. I follow and upvote you.
Yes you are right, and I did it...but then I slipped up... but I think I am back on track now.

If I were in your shoes here, I'd be drinking small amounts of blended fats like MCT and butter. Basically Bulletproof® Coffee without the coffee. Mostly to get a simple calorie source without overwhelming my digestive system.

I am not going to have animal products unless it becomes absolutely necessary to do so - but thanks for the suggestion - I will take note in case I need them for later. I have not needed coffee and am drinking one glass of the master cleanse lemonade in the morning for my morning lift. I did go to a restaurant tonite and the food is not really agreeing with me but my friend wanted to go out to dinner - I had tostadas - refried beans, rice and guacamole - but there was something processed in there - oh well.
Awesome, I hope Veganism serves you well! Remember that Passio says you're bound to fail if you're not juicing your vegetables. If you do decide to juice, be sure it's always organic, because those chemicals are freed up from the fiber when juiced and it's like drinking straight shots of pesticides.
gack! thanks for reminding me! I forgot totally about juicing... wow I ahve a lot to do... it is very hard to do this - and I have huge life changes happening at the same time - I will have to get to juice -maybe once a week for now - not sure
