Exercise is ally of your heart. There are so many benefits exercise can give you.

  1. It will keep your heart healthy and improve coronary circulation.

  2. It will keep your muscles, bones and joints strong.

  3. It will reduce risk of cancer.

  4. Improve digestive system.

  5. It will flow adequate amount of blood to your mind.

  6. Exercise improve your mood and mental health.

  7. It will burn extra calorie which you ingested on daily basis and reduce your weight.

  8. Study shows that obesity is major factor of diabetes. Once you start control of your weight, it will indirectly reverse risk of diabetes.
