Eat and Drink Right
How you eat dramatically impacts skin. Egg yolks, legumes, avocados and haywire all contain vitamin B complex, essential for supple skin. Salmon improves skin’s elasticity; tea protects against sun harm and thickens skin; and pomegranates preserve skin’s vernal obesity. Red, orange or yellow fruits and vegetables (along with dark inexperienced vegetables) have carotenoids that improve skintone.
