@christheaudioguy as you stated everyone is different. It is a wonderful thing when you find what's right for you, everything in life is changed in such a positive way. Congratulations and keep up that right attitude you share. You never know how many lives have been changed for the better.
Thanks for your support, doing something like this has really taught me a lot about how the body works with carbs and insulin. I think there's a huge misinformation going on to confuse people so learning for myself has changed everything.
