Nice job writing up what you have learned about antibiotic resistant bacteria. They do indeed pose a growing health risk and we would be wise to take the threat seriously.

That said I think your tone stating "A strict control over this illicit corrupt use of antibiotics" is a bit harsh. I see where the overuse of antibiotics comes from, and its usually a need for high levels of food production to keep growing populations adequately fed. I don't think it goes so far as to say corruption.
