Simple ways to have a strong immune system
If you’re always feeling tired, you don’t feel like getting out of bed and doing anything and you’re always sick, you probably have a low immunity. You have to get back on your feet, and it’s not that hard. Read below some suggestions about how to be healthy and have a strong immune system.
One of the most frequent reasons of a low immune system is unhealthy eating. If you want to have a better immunity you have to stop eating foods with a lot of calories and have a balanced diet, rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains. It’s indicated to drink a lot of water and avoid fats and animal protein.
When you’re out grocery shopping, you should buy some cinnamon, hot pepper, ginger and garlic. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and it stops the bacterial growth. You’re probably sick of hearing that exercise can solve so many problems, but it’s true. We’re not made to spend 8 hours per day on a chair. Take 30 minutes for yourself every day and do a little workout. Regular exercise will reduce stress and will improve your immunity. Also, make sure you sleep at least 7 hours every night.
One of the biggest enemies of your immune system is stress. Try some meditation, relaxation and a quiet space. Maybe read something and try to live in the present as much as you can. Sleep well and recharge your batteries with positive energy and thinking.
You can try anything that works for you, from a stress relieve massage, to a coloring book for adults. What is important is for you to know that stress is dangerous and it won’t only affect your emotional state, but also you health.
Lastly, keep in mind that a healthy body will be a hard-to-break fence for bacteria and viruses.
Get rid of the toxins in your body, using a detox treatment. Go for a diet based on fiber and avoid meat, sweets, coffee and flour-based foods as much as you can. For an even better result, you could use plants with a cleansing effect or go to a sauna. This way, you’ll have a strong immune system and maybe you’ll even lose some extra pounds.

There are studies that suggest that childhood infections play an important role in helping the immune system get properly programed. These studies come from associations with infants/children who attend day care or are socioeconomically disadvantaged. Those kids as a result of crowding have more infections early on but tend to have less infections later when they attend school. And they tend to have better functioning immune systems as adults.
