Ingredients
- Egg yolk: 3 beads
- starch: a tablespoon and a half
- Milk Center Local: Box
- Milk: a cup
- Pineapple: Tray (clip)
- Lady Finger's biscuits: 12 fingers
- cream of the beat: cupan (softened)
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Sugar: a quarter cup
- almonds: a quarter cup (minced and roasted)
How to prepare
Mix egg yolk with starch in a bowl until smooth.
In a saucepan, place the milk with the condensed condensed milk on medium heat and stir until it begins to boil.
Remove the pot from the fire and add the milk slowly to the egg yolks mixed with starch stirring until the ingredients homogenize.
Repeat the pot with stirring with a wooden spoon until you have the desired thickness and leave the mixture until it cools.
Place the pineapple pieces out of the can and leave the juice aside.
Cover the fingers of Lady Winger's biscuits with pineapple juice and then add them to the serving dish or serving cups.
Spread a layer of cream and sauteed pineapple over the biscuits and then a layer of custard mixture of milk and eggs (you can distribute the quantities to make layers as desired).
Place the roasted almonds on the face and leave the dish or cups in the refrigerator until serving.
