I will talk to you about this very little thing that saved my life. I had and I have a very aggressive form of multiple sclerosis for seven consecutive such infrequent relapses of infinite changes in medication and immeasurable flash of cortisone in 2014 whenever I have tried everything and no cure did not fit me in the last trimester of gilenya treatment with a changed doctor and my new doctor suggested I started taking vitamin D3 at 50,000 iu per week and that was all changed.

Illness stopped, my condition improved as much as possible, and since then all have entered a well-being state. My magnetic and clinical images are stable without illness imaging

when I started the vitamin diet I was 19 with a limit of 30-100 now I have 60 constant and the erythems say that someone who is already ill over 65 and up to 100 is very protective except for vitamin D3 formulations D3 is found in just a few foods, exclusively of animal origin. The main sources of vitamin D3 in our diet are fish (eg salmon and trout) and egg (with its yolk). Note that some products (mainly dairy, cereal, juice and bread) are boosted with vitamin D in the production process.

For me and my situation I think is vitamin vitamin a simple blood test and if it is found missing corrected quickly

Thank you very much for hearing good health with everyone

Yes I presumed you meant D3 but just thought that mistake could possibly lead some people in the wrong direction.
