Eating near the sleep time let the food stuck into your esophs where it can cause inflammation or heart attack so avoid eating food near to sleep if you eat near sleep at least walk for 20 minute to help digest .

What I know is that food never stay in Esophagus unless your lower esophageal sphincter is dames somehow like GERD disease.
By the way, Those are perfect timing for taking our meal.. We should follow the time schedules.
