OK. I totally went out and bought an exercise ball. I have been sitting on it at my office at home. Looking forward to seeing better back health! Thanks for the nudge.

BENEFITS TO SITTING ON AN EXERCISE CHAIR:

  • You can bounce on it when good music comes on
  • You can bounce on it when you're agitated or antsy
  • You can bounce on it when you're bored or anxious
  • Oh, and apparently it strengthens your core and your hip girdle. Which is great for back health.
