RE: As unfit as %#!&

As you get older it gets harder to keep the stomach flat. Just remember these 3 things and let nature/science do the rest.

  1. Exercise 30 mins X 3 times a week. Can be as little as a dog walk
  2. Daily try to eat well. This means occasional binge eats or drinks is ok. For me not eating the white bread before a meal made a huge difference.
  3. Keep your acidity low. Easiest way, no bubbly drink of any kind (which also cuts out allot of Sugar. Conversely try to increase your alkaline levels). Research it :) some even say this alone makes up to 65% of why fat cells are bloaty with water.

These 3 things keep my gut down to a err...reasonable size. Failure to not do any of these 3 and gut exands.. :(. Give it a try and keep a journal for a short term to see if it works, you should see results very quickly if your stomach is just a bit on the fatty side

All the best

I have never really looked into the acidity thing and have always wondered how much of a difference it would actually make. I am not much of a soda drinker but there are plenty of other 'areas of opportunity' that I could work on diet-wise :D

THanks for the tips.
