Well done. I've cured a couple of conditions naturally through research. Heartburn and indigestion - cured by changing my diet and adding sauerkraut.
Canker sores / mouth ulcers - cured by giving up cows milk.
The key word here is 'cured' - I'm not taking drugs that mask the underlying symptoms, I've made changes that have permanently got rid of the conditions.
Thanks for the video
I also am type 2. Thanks for this video. I will thy to change as you did. Rice is my trouble.
Google Dr Sarah Hallberg and listen to her TED video. Her video is what got me to stop taking the medication.
I have the same problems as you.
I still use Metformin but i also try to make sport often and take care what and how much I eat.
Hi @maneco64. Nice share that medicine most important thing for diabetes people.
Wakefield is a kook. He came to Minnesota and advised against measles vaccination. The Somali community here listened to him. Then measles ripped through their community. They wised up and started taking their kids in for vaccinations. New measles cases dried up.
Nice to hear a topic you normally do not share about. I'm working on doing the same.
Great video! Have you heard of the Weston A. Price foundation, it may be of interest to you. Here's their take on diabetes.
My wife and I didn't vaccinate our son because we both responded badly to childhood vaccination, and were concerned there may be some hereditary predisposition. According to this though, they don't add thiomersal to childhood vaccines in the UK. That said, there are other things added, that I don't believe are well understood, such as adjuvants.
@andybets I told the nurse yesterday that I checked the same NHS website about the ingredients of vaccine and she told me they still add thimerosal. I'm not sure I trust the NHS.
Yeah, it's hard to be sure I guess.
I am a WAPF member and I'm hoping to start a group here on Steemit. I approached the members group on FB to advertise Steemit, but they simply said they didn't understand this platform and felt I was soliciting them, so I will build it here myself!
Great point there on flu shot etc. I also find the risk reward ratio is not in favour of taking the shot.
Worth listening to and totally agree with all your points. Your approach to Diabetes Type 2 is excellent and is likely to stave off any onset into the future. The real challenge in Western society is carbs and the amount of sugar being added to almost everything. Preparing meals at home and with fresh ingredients, even home grown, plus exercise are keys in avoiding this disease and many others.
