How to control stress
Stop infatuation because things are differently than they are, we can always seek to perfect them, but not admit that what is not as we want to start us.
We stop living in the midst of panic and we begin to relax, in that moment we can become creative and motivated.
We must live in the present moment. Many of the causes of our nervous conflicts are the fact of not being able to live in the present moment. Many times past events cause us a grudge and future events cause us concern.
We must be more patient. If something causes stress it is the lack of patience and the desire to control things. Without patience life can become very frustrating, we get upset and let things irritate us easily.

We must take care of our thoughts: We do not realize it, but many times our thoughts are totally out of control, causing that to move our state of mind.
When we die we always leave pending things. Many of us live with the desire to leave everything finished, such is our obsession that we avoid entertaining ourselves, calling friends, or being with the people we love.
