1. Wake up in the morning before sunrise

This one habits is very good and beneficial to our health, in Islam wake up before sunrise and perform shahuh shahuh reward better than the world and its contents. And In economic terms, getting up early and working will benefit more for our health And also in health matters, waking up will make the body fresher to move all day.

  1. One hour sports

    Upon waking up, do not sleep anymore, it's good to exercise or do regular exercise every day for an hour will help you to prolong your life to live healthy. Do casual and small sports like running, yoga, aerobics, gymnastics and more

  2. Do not miss breakfast

I might not agree on the waking up on the sunrise and 8 liters a day thing. I think drinking water should be different for every single person same as for everyone's schedule. Other than that, yeah I totally agree with you - sports is a great way to be healthy not only physically, but also mentally, oh and a good meal in the morning is really important.
