Wow, this is pretty intense! I was holding a quart of Horizon Milk in my hand today at my local market. I decided to put it back. I like to put a little creamer type stuff in my coffee, but am sensitive to almond milk, coconut milk etc mainly because the ones I can get here contain a thickening agent called carageenan also derived from algae which doen't agree with me and has also been known to cause ill effects in many people.
