So true. The only drawback are the higher costs since dried fruits and nuts are more expensive that flour, sugar and other processed baking ingredients - but the taste is definitely worth the extra penny.

Thank you so much!! I have a fare amount of raw food ideas in mind that want to get out there ;-)
