Because we are special in this world, we will want to take care of ourselve. We will want to be at our best. We will to think clearly. We will want to have a friends and be friends to others. And also we want to take care of our body. All of these things have to do with our health. Good health is having a healthy body, thinking clearly, and getting along with others people.

Look at the good health triangle diagram. It is describes three ways to be a healthy person. If we took one side of the triangle away, it would fall apart. And If you took one part of our health away, we would not have a good health.

A good health practice is something that we choose to do that makes us healthy. What good health practices do you follow each day. There are three points on the health triangle, and there are three kinds of health, Our mental health, social health and physical health. The Mental health has to do with feelings, behaving and thinking clearly. Social health is getting along with others people. And the Physical health is taking is taking care of our body. We need to have a good health practices for each of the three kinds of the good health triangle.
