Snow was observed in a wide range of Japan, and It's bitterly cold recently.
Meanwhile, Influenzae is prevalent throughout Japan.

インフルエンザ大流行ですね～

This week, the number of influenza patients visiting to my pharmacy has increased rapidly.
We provided anti influenza medicine to 27 patients today.
Some of them had influenzae type B.
Most of influenza patients has type A at this time of year. Influenzae type B is prevalent on from end of March to April in Japan. But This year, I already saw them earlier than expected.
今週にはいり、来局するインフルエンザの患者さんが急増しました。
今日だけでも27人！
毎年、3月末くらいから流行するB型の患者さんもすでに何人も来ています。

According to the latest data (Jan22- Jan 28) released by the National Institute of Infectious Diseases today Feb 2, the number of influenza patients reported from designated medical institution was 52.35people / institution, it increased more than the previous week (51.93 people / institution: it was the largest number ever.)
本日2/2に更新された国立感染症研究所の最新データによると、定点医療機関から報告された1/22～1/28のインフルエンザ患者の数は、1か所あたり52.35人で、過去最多だった前週（51.93人/1か所）よりもさらに増加しています。

According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 30 people/ institution is the number that show the flu is prevalent much. It is the warning level. They call us attention to infection prevention.
大流行の発生を示す警報レベル（30人/1か所）をすでに超えており、厚生労働省は感染防止対策について注意喚起を呼びかけています。

No wonder, A lot of influenza patients visit to my pharmacy every day.
どうりで、毎日たくさんのインフルエンザの患者さんが来るわけですね。

It is expected that the number of patients will increase for a while, so we should pay attention.
しばらくは、流行が続くようなので注意が必要です。

Do not forget the following…
・Wash your hands and gargle.
・Wear a disposable hygienic mask
・Get enough sleep and nutrition
・Avoid crowded place
・Keep room humidity

手洗い・うがい、マスクの着用、質の良い睡眠と栄養、人混みや繁華街への外出を控える、湿度を保つなどの対策をしっかりしてくださいね。
