ehy dear @donhiddit, your post is interesting. can you do it with the female figure too? or can we say that it is the same thing? in women do you also make a distinction of rectangular body, apple body and pear body? I unfortunately have a low metabolism, I would say non-existent (!!) and even fattening just by breathing! people find it hard to understand when I say that I try to stay on a diet as much as possible and I never lose weight. I have a specific question, if you can answer: in these cases of low metabolism, what foods can be abounded without doing too much damage? congratulation for your curie rating

thanks @donhiddit, I read all your posts, what you say is very interesting. unfortunately it happened to me (but I think of many people when they become adults with many responsibilities and little time) to go from doing a lot of sport to almost zero movement + I am over 40! and I know that the two things together are not good at all !! there are times when I try very hard and manage to maintain a good diet with good almost daily walks, but it is also difficult to think that you cannot stray a moment that you immediately gain weight: this is a nightmare!
