This is my favourite salad! I love eating it in the summer with tomatoes from our garden. I’ve discovered lately that french toast instead of bread makes an amazing combination as well, I encourage you to try it 😃
You are so lucky to have tomatoes in the garden, they are my favorite vegetables. I like french toast with eggplant salad, it's a delicious combination :D
