Oh Baby Dill

If you haven’t ever thought about grabbing a bunch of dill and tossing it in your juicer or blender, I challenge you to go for it! Dill is a tasty green herb the Ancient Greeks called the fragrant one and its fragrance still permeates most Greek islands today.

You should challenge yourself to work with dill because not only does dill taste amazing in juices and smoothies but its also super healthy for you. Dill helps detox your body while replenishing it with vitamin C and and manganese.

Oh Baby Dill
1/2 cup green grapes with seeds
1 green apple
2 cubes of aloe vera
1/2 bunch of dill

Dill is full of medicinal properties:

Eases intestinal problems
Helps induce sleep
Reduces cholesterol
Fights microbial infections
Manages insulin levels in diabetes patients
Calms hiccups
Strengthens bones

Wash all ingredients well and place in the blender. Blend for about a minute until you reach a consistency you like. Pour into glass enjoy.
