Stress and Anxiety
Two elements that go hand in hand and make the person who suffers them, live their day to day as a struggle for survival (speaking in the most extreme cases).
Moreover, the person who suffers from anxiety, very often finds himself alone with his problem because people who do not know this disorder do not usually empathize with the affected person, and as always happens, before what is not known, the environment acts with fear or in this case, with rejection.
Well, at this point I will tell you, that you are not alone in your daily battle against this blissful element, there are many who have suffered and suffer from this modern evil, and for your peace of mind I have to tell you that it has a solution, you can improve and feel again a "normal" person again.
This is my first post and I have never written posts, but if I encourage you to continue, we will see that there are many who have already found remedies, and I also invite you to post both if you are passing it as if you have overcome it, so that Together we help each other in whatever we can.
