In all seriousness though: I'm not moving enough either since about three years - I can do 5000 steps maybe every other day, which is not enough and I gained quite a lot of weight due to it. So I turned to strength training a year ago, and although I love the muscles I gained it doesn't 'melt' the fat. Really need some cardio too. I'm now doing Kettlebells from home: 5 minutes of 'Kettlebell Swings' and you're sweating and breathing like you ran a marathon. Maybe it's something for you to try as well. I do it straight out of bed before going in the shower. Feels super effective :D

I am thinking about doing something like this but the problem is I only think about it, not actually do it :D
