HOW TO GET ALL VITAMINS YOU NEED JUST FOR 1$??

in #health7 years ago (edited)

My dear friends, today I'll tell you step-by-step instruction of How to get all your organism need without spending much money!

Wise people try to be healthy any many of them spend 100s $ on synthetic vitamins from drug-stores. Many people like and trust pharma too much though there're many ways to be healthy just using what nature gives us!

It's by hand and need just 1-2$!

It's sprouded grains! And they really cost very little!

I buy them in "sleeping" condition and make sprouds by myself!

It needs just some water and some time that's it!

Look what I make..

These are seeds. ALIVE and healthy.

I buy them in special Healthy stores because usual seeds from supermarkets will never grow, they all are DEAD, and these DEAD food are eaten by all people...(

  1. I wash them carefully many times.
  2. Hollow and "died" seeds will go to the upper part of the water, they must be thrown away.
  3. Then I put some water and let it stand for some hours.
  4. Then the water is poured out, and I just wait for 8-12 hours.   That's all! no actions more!

In some time first small seeds appear!

It's wheat. The most useful sprouds have length not more than 1-2 mm!

At this moment they have the greatest concentration of useful elements and energy for our body.

By the way they are really TASTY! Like nuts or sunflower seeds!

You can eat them like seeds or blend and add to other dishes.

It is. CHICKPEA.

It needs more time then wheat to grow.

Ans it's very tasty too! Very soft and pleasant taste!

What kind of seeds can be germinated:

• green buckwheat

• Rye

• Wheat

• barley

• all legumes

• sunflower seeds

• nuts (peanuts)

• corn

• Sesame, etc.
