We sometimes can find our own ways to deal with it as well. Like me, I have pretty good willpower through some days with depression and can divert the mind out of the darkness and feel better.

But these are some good tips which can help your thoughts divert away from the depression and bad moods, leading to a healthier, constructive thought process.
