Yoga will be more mind-sharp
To sharpen the mind, it is better to adopt crossword or more ways to meditate and to do yoga. In one research, it has been found that meditation and pranayama make the brain intense and help in concentrating.
Research chief and Ian Robertson of Trinidadian College of Dublin said that this research suggests that there is a strong link between pranayama and stability of mind. The results of this research have recently been published in 'Psychophysiology' magazine. In this, neurophysiological link between breathing and meditation has been told.
Research shows that breathing is a major element of meditation and brain exercise. It directly affects the level of natural chemical messenger in the brain, called norethrilinee.
This chemical messenger is released on our challenge, anxiety, exercise, focus or emotionally stimulated, if it arises at the right level, it helps the brain to make new contacts. It works as a tonic for the brain.
