Almonds and your health

This is some information I found on line, Looks pretty simple to do, thought it might be worth the effort, to try, and pass along to others,
Soak 4 raw almonds over night in water, make sure they are well submerged, in the morning drink the water and eat the almonds. It is said, the benefits are, Protect your heart. The potassium and proteins that almonds contain will do wonders for your body.

Increase your energy,

Lower cholesterol: The vitamin E helps you maintain the levels of cholesterol in you blood, preventing you from arterial problems.

Improve the health of your brain: Nutrients found in almonds such as L= carnitine and riboflavin increase your brain activity, avoiding cognitive diseases.

Strengthen your bones: Their large amount of calcium also does wonders for your bones, avoiding fractures and problems in general.

Blood pressure: As said, almonds help you regulate the Levels of cholesterol in your blood, so they're very good for those who have high blood pressure,

Said to Prevent colon cancer: One of the best advantages of almonds is that they help you prevent the formation of cancer cells related to colon cancer.

Why would you want to lower your cholesterol? You need it. Just avoid those rancid vegetable oils and you should be fine.
