Yes, I agree. I also experienced chronic pain for years following a car accident. After years of my own study and learning process, I found that a combination of nutrition changes, emotional processing/release, detoxification and a chiropracter has led me to nearly a total recovery and in fact, in some ways I am healthier than before. This took me 10 years, but would have probably only taken 1 if our world was more honest and thus I understood my body instead of being filled with lies!
My experience is pretty much identical to yours @ura-soul. I'm eating proper foods, exercising, and trying to fix my injury naturally. And yes, it took me very long time to work out how to do it all.
I'm not 100% cured, but I have reversed much of the decline I started to experience recently. For me, getting diabetes was the kicker. This forced dietary changes, which resulted in a major transformation. My body changed. I built muscle, cured diabetes naturally, and became stronger as a result.
At near 50, I now look better than I did as a 20 year old.
Very good! Yes, diabetes is often a warning sign that makes or breaks us - I am glad you found a path to balance. :)
