When to drink water

in #health6 years ago (edited)

Water is vital for our health. It is impossible to go without having water. We should all have as much as possible because it has a numerous amount of benefits. I've shared a previous post on the benefits or reasons as to why we need water and what it does for one. You should have as many glasses as you can throughout the day and at any given time. However, I will be sharing important times to drink a glass of water and why you should have it at that specific time.

It is important to drink a glass of water:

  • When you go to sleep so that it keeps you hydrated.
  • When you wake up because it helps with cleansing the organs.
  • Before you take a shower as it helps with lowering your blood pressure.
  • Before you eat to help you with digestion.

If you have one glass of water at the above given times, I'm sure you will see results. You should have water throughout the day and not only at those times. It's just interesting to know and we can try to  that to our times of water intake!
